In collaboration with legendary Japanese knife maker Shun, U.S. master blade smith Bob Kramer crafted Meiji Knives. Each knife features an SG-2 steel cutting core clad in brilliant 64-layer nickel stainless steel, and a smooth contoured handle made of richly grained cocobolo PakkaWood. Available individually or as a complete set.
